Welcome to the community website for the Covered Bridge Canyon Home Owners Association (HOA)
of Parker County, Texas. Our location is just outside the
Fort Worth
(Wiki, History, Demographics) city limits. All of the retail conveniences of city life are
only 10 minutes away. We are a self-managed HOA with a governing board, elected by property owners.
This website has information regarding the scenic area of Eastern Parker County
that we are proud to call our home. You will find information about the community,
homes for sale, the surrounding area as well as a secure section for homeowners
only that allow our very tight-knit group to stay connected.

The CBC Pool is currently open. CBC Residents can download the pool form to request pool keys.
- The pool is private property, for the enjoyment of CBC homeowners
- Guests are allowed, but must be accompanied by a CBC homeowner. Please
keep the number of guests small, approximately the number of people in your
household. No large parties, with the exception of community events.
- No lifeguard is on duty, you swim at your own risk
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult
- Swim diapers must be used for anyone not potty trained and must be removed from the pool area
- Please keep music at reasonable levels
- No pets are allowed in the pool area
- No glass containers of any kind
- Additional state-mandated rules are posted inside the pool area. Please observe them as well.
- Pool hours are from 9 am to 9 pm daily
